Karin Dom is a non-profit organization based in Varna, Bulgaria, founded in 1996. Karin Dom is among the first organizations in the country with a leading role in providing services to children with special needs and their families. The staff of 50 highly qualified professionals consists of physical therapists, speech therapists, psychologists, special teachers, social workers, early interventionists, trainers, administrative and support staff. The main activities are accomplished by Center for social rehabilitation and integration for children with special needs and their families, Center for Early Intervention and a Training center. Karin Dom supports over 300 children and families and trains over 1200 specialists annually. We prepare children for successful inclusion into the educational system and provide training and support to professionals who work with them.
